1. The dates:

This fruit has many virtues of which here are some: it contains minerals and trace elements, calcium, vitamins, iron, zinc, potassium, etc. It is recommended for athletes and is "the food of athletes par excellence", according to the philosopher Plato. The fig is "a medicine" for the woman because it helps to fight the fibroid, the hormonal dysregulation, the absence of ovulation, the amenorrhea and even the pains due to the menses. It is also recommended for the pregnant woman and facilitates the opening of the cervix at the time of delivery.
